The Exhibitor Booth Resign Process will begin early June 2026 for returning WM2027 exhibitors. Returning WM exhibitors will receive an email with steps to complete the process. A 50% deposit is due by July 31, 2026.

~Small Business Participation Requirements:
-$5M or less in annual revenue by the company’s FY (each year, not average as is the case with SBA)
-25 employees or less (each year, not average)
-In business 5 years or less
-Not affiliated with a medium or large business, Alaska Native Corporation (ANC), or other large association.
Important Exhibitor Details:
- Booths include:
- One (1) 500-watt power hookup or two (2) if larger than a 10×10
- One (1) exhibitor identification sign
- One (1) waste basket
- One-time vacuum before show opening
- Daily trash service.
- Booth furniture and carpet are required and are not included in the booth package; materials must be ordered separately by the exhibitor.
- Attendee registration(s) are included, based on booth size, and must be assigned to attendees via the Exhibitor Portal by December 31, 2026. Requirements to use the registrations apply.
- Small Business Pavilion exhibit spaces are located within the Small Business Pavilion in the Exhibit Hall and are only available to qualified small businesses. Please view the qualifications on the WM2027 Exhibitor Booth Rates document.
- All booths over 400 Sq. Ft. are required to submit a booth design to show management. Email the booth design to edesormeaux@wmsym.org.
Exhibitor Cancellation Policy
Exhibit Booth Cancellations made before December 31, 2026, will receive a full refund, subject to a 5% processing fee on the amount received.
Terms & Conditions
WM Terms & Conditions and a current copy of your Certificate of Insurance are required as part of your participation in WM2027. These will be available on the Exhibitor Registration Portal for download, signature, and upload to the Portal for return. They are located under the Registration tab. You will not be able to register with your included passes until these requirements are met.
