Booking Instructions

• Hotel reservation links will be provided in your registration confirmation email.
• You must be registered for WM27 to access the booking links.
• These rates are available until the room block is sold out, so early booking is strongly encouraged.

Hotel Room Booking Policy

• Hotel reservations are available exclusively to registered conference attendees. Booking links will be provided in your registration confirmation email.
• Each registrant may reserve one room under their name. Groups with approved sub-blocks may book additional rooms through designated channels.
• All reservations must be made under the name of the registered attendee. Any additional rooms or bookings made without prior registration may be subject to cancellation.

Booking Deadlines

• Hotel block closes: Febuary16, 2027 (or earlier if sold out)
• After this date, rooms and rates are subject to hotel availability and may not be guaranteed.
• Once the host hotel block is fully booked, additional hotel options in the surrounding area will be provided. These properties will be within walking distance or a short drive from the Phoenix Convention Center to ensure convenient access for attendees.

Cancellation Policies

• Hyatt & Renaissance: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night penalty.
• Sheraton: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
• No-shows will be charged one night’s room and tax.
