WM Symposia has been made aware that attendees and exhibitors are receiving unsolicited emails and phone calls from third-party organizations offering to sell attendee lists, book hotel accommodations, and provide other conference-related services. Please be advised that WM Symposia does not sell or distribute attendee or exhibitor lists, nor do we authorize or partner with any third parties for such purposes.
All official vendors and service providers will be listed in the Exhibitor Service Manual or on the Travel & Housing page of our website at www.wmsym.org.
WM Symposia does not endorse or collaborate with housing bureaus offering alternative hotel arrangements. Hotel block links will be provided directly by WM in your registration confirmation email. For your protection, we strongly advise against making reservations or sharing personal information with any unverified housing or travel companies, including but not limited to:
- National Travel Associates
- Trade Show Planners
- Expo Housing
- Elegant Housing LLC
- BTP
Please note: WM will never call you to book hotel rooms.
