*No one is allowed on the exhibit hall floor outside of exhibit hall hours without expressed written approval of the Conference Manager.
Attendance Policy
WM prohibits anyone under the age of 18 at the conference unless they have prior expressed written consent from WM and they must be participating in the program. They must be registered for the conference and always be accompanied by a registered conference adult chaperone.
Payment Methods & Policies
Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Once paid and a credit card is charged, the payment method CANNOT be changed. Please make sure before you submit your credit card, that you are authorized to purchase the conference registration as WM cannot refund and charge to another card.
All payments must be made in US Dollars.

Registration fees must be paid in full before the rate deadline otherwise your registration fee will be updated to the next price tier. Should your registration not be paid in time, WM reserves the right to cancel your registration and hotel request. Purchase orders or Training Requisition forms DO NOT constitute payment.
Substitution Policy
Attendees can complete their own registration substitutions through the registration portal. The replacement attending cannot already be registered for the conference. Original payment method cannot be changed. Submit questions to info@wmsym.org.
Cancellation Policy
60% of the registration fee paid will be refunded if requested by December 31, 2026. All refunds will incur a 5% processing fee and will be processed no later than 30 days after the conference. No refunds of any kind will be granted after December 31, 2026; nor will they be given to no-shows from the conference.
