WM2026 Rates & Information
Please review the WM2026 Rates & Category Descriptions to determine the best rate for your WM2026 attendance.
Presenters/Panelists/Session Co-Chairs must be registered with a Technical registration category in order to access their session(s).
Co-Workers and industry associates DO NOT qualify as a Guest and must register separately to attend the conference.
Add-On options cannot be used in lieu of a Guest Registration.
Exhibitors – conference registration fees are in addition to exhibitor booth fees. Most booth fees include a limited number of staff/attendee registrations.

The conference invitation letter request form will become available at WM2026 registration opening in late September.
Payment Methods & Policies
Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Once paid and a credit card is charged, the payment method CANNOT be changed. Please make sure before you submit your credit card, that you are authorized to purchase the conference registration as WM cannot refund and charge to another card.
All payments must be made in US Dollars.

Registration fee must be paid in full before the rate deadline otherwise your registration fee will be updated to the next price tier. Should your registration not be paid in time, WM reserves the right to cancel your registration and hotel reservation. Purchase orders or Training Requisition forms DO NOT constitute payment.
WM will NOT accept or process credit cards sent via phone, email, fax or postal mail.
Substitution Policy
Substitution requests will be reviewed. The original payment method cannot be changed. There is a $50 processing fee for each substitution. Please complete and return the Substitution Request Form to Registration Manager, Meg Pratt at mpratt@wmsym.org.
WM2026 Cancellation Policy
60% of the registration fee paid will be refunded if requested by December 31, 2025. All refunds will incur a 5% processing fee and will be processed no later than 30 days after the conference. No refunds of any kind will be granted after December 31, 2025; nor will they be given to no-shows from the conference.
