Session Reporters
A session reporter is a PAC or non-PAC member assigned by the Session Sponsor to report on the assigned panel, roundtable or workshop for the WM Proceedings.
The panel reporters must turn in their report no later than two weeks following the conference in order to be included in the proceedings. If you cannot make this deadline, please notify the Session Sponsor and they will appoint someone else. If the panel you are reporting on is scheduled on Monday or Tuesday, you may be asked to prepare a short summary for the Insight Newsletter. The deadline for the newsletter coverage will be by 2 PM on Tuesday during the conference.
