| DRS specializes in facility D&D, material and equipment recovery and reuse, and brownfield development. DRS is currently performing the D&D of Building K-1420 at Oak Ridge. Building K-1420 is considered to be one of the ten worst contaminated facilities in the Department of Energy complex. DRS is also recycling contaminated copper from Fernald and selling the released copper to the private sector. |
